A Passionate Athlete Turned Gonstead Chiropractor

As a lifelong athlete, I’ve experienced the physical demands of sports and the toll injuries can take. From sprains and strains to more serious spinal issues, I’ve been in the same position as many of the patients I treat today. My desire to help others recover and thrive led me to chiropractic care, with encouragement from my sister, a healthcare professional. I enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic, the world’s first chiropractic school, where I began my journey toward healing others.

While in school, I faced a lingering challenge—a constant tingling sensation in my foot that wouldn’t go away. It wasn’t until I discovered the Gonstead method that I experienced real relief. Through precise, consistent adjustments, the tingling disappeared, and I became a true believer in the power of the Gonstead system. While I explored other techniques, none provided the immediate, effective results that Gonstead did, cementing my decision to specialize in this method.

After more than 10 years in practice, I’ve seen the life-changing impact of Gonstead chiropractic care. I spent three years in the Troxell Intern Program, mastering the most advanced Gonstead techniques, and have since treated patients of all ages and backgrounds—from pregnant women to athletes like myself.

At my practice, I focus on the neuromusculoskeletal system, addressing issues of the spine and extremities. My treatment approach goes beyond quick fixes; I combine postural correction, rehabilitation exercises, joint mobilization, and dry needling to achieve long-lasting results. Whether it’s a sports injury or chronic pain, my goal is to not just treat the symptoms, but to find the root cause and help patients achieve their full potential.

Having competed in track and field, and as a 3rd-degree black belt in taekwondo and judo, I understand the dedication and resilience it takes to recover and stay strong. My passion for sports medicine enhances my ability to help patients heal, not just from pain but from the limitations that hold them back.

If you’re looking for a chiropractor who understands the body from both a clinical and athletic perspective, I’m here to guide you on your journey to health and recovery.
